Is this a native app in the App Store or Google Play?
No. ReApp turns your store into a web app that customers add to their Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app, without App Store review, fees or updates to manage.
Will it work with my theme?
ReApp runs as a Shopify theme app embed, so it works with your theme without editing code. You switch it on and off in your theme editor.
How do customers add my store to their Home Screen?
On phones, ReApp shows a small “Get the app” button. On Android, Chrome installs it directly or shows two quick steps. On iPhone, a short guide shows them how to use Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Do notifications work on iPhone?
Yes, on iOS 16.4 and later, once the customer has added your store to their Home Screen and opened it from there. Apple doesn't allow website notifications in regular Safari tabs.
Who gets my notifications?
Only people who tapped Allow. Every notification goes to devices that opted in, and customers can turn them off anytime in their browser or phone settings.
Do you count opens or sales?
ReApp counts devices reached and taps through to your store. We don't claim open rates, because browsers don't report them reliably.
Can I manage it from my phone?
Yes. Pair your phone with a one-time code from the ReApp admin, then send campaigns and check results from the merchant app.
Are there extra charges if I send more?
No. Each plan has a monthly notification allowance. When you reach it, sending pauses until next month or until you upgrade. Billing goes through Shopify and every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
What happens if I uninstall?
ReApp stops showing in your store right away. Shopify asks us to delete your store's data 48 hours later, and we do.
